Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical goods purchased directly from Quaktorxvar.

Eligibility window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery when items remain unused and include original packaging where practical.

How to start

Email info@quaktorxvar.world with your order identifier and reason for the request. We reply with a return merchandise authorization when approved.

Shipping costs

Customers cover outbound return postage unless the wrong item shipped or damage occurred before arrival.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method after we inspect returned inventory. Processing typically completes within ten business days of receipt.

Digital goods

Downloadable audio bundles follow separate licensing notes communicated at checkout.

Exceptions

Personalized orders opened beyond inspection may not qualify if reuse is impractical.
